At Poh Heng Jewellery, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to cherish your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 7-day exchange policy for eligible items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all security tags intact and accompanied by the original sales receipt and authenticity certificate.

  Visit a Boutique

  Bring your item to any Poh Heng boutique nationwide within 7 days of purchase for a physical inspection by our jewellery specialists.

• 3.
  Select an Exchange

  Choose a replacement piece of equal or higher value; please note that bespoke orders, engraved items, and gold bullion are strictly non-exchangeable.

• 4.
  Complete Documentation

  Finalize the exchange process by signing the updated valuation and ownership documents provided by our retail consultants.
