Every piece of Poh Heng jewellery is hallmarked by the Singapore Assay Office (SAO), ensuring the highest standards of gold purity and quality for our customers.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Items in original condition with the sales receipt can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for exchange.

Do you offer professional cleaning or repair services?

Yes, we provide professional cleaning, polishing, and repair services at all Poh Heng boutiques to ensure your precious jewellery remains in pristine condition.

Can I trade in my old gold jewellery?

We accept trade-ins for gold jewellery. The value will be determined based on the prevailing gold rate and the weight/purity of your items after assessment by our experts.
